1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this booking website, which is operated by the hotel with technology provided by Sysay. By browsing the site, using the voice assistant, or making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Bookings

• A booking is a direct agreement between you and the hotel. Sysay provides the booking technology; it is not the provider of your accommodation.
• Room availability and prices shown are confirmed at the moment you complete your booking on the booking page. We take care to keep them accurate but do not guarantee that a rate or room stays available until you book.
• Your booking is subject to the hotel’s own check-in, cancellation, refund and house rules. Please review them with the hotel; they prevail over anything said by the assistant.

3. Payment

Where online payment is offered, it is processed by the hotel’s payment provider. Charges, currencies, taxes and any fees are as shown at checkout. Where “pay at the property” is offered, you pay the hotel directly per its terms. Refunds are handled by the hotel under its cancellation policy.

4. The AI voice assistant

The optional voice concierge is an automated assistant provided for convenience. It can misunderstand or give incorrect information, and it is not a substitute for confirming details with the hotel. Nothing it says is a binding offer; only your completed booking and the hotel’s confirmation are. See our Privacy Policy for how voice data is handled.

5. Acceptable use

Please use the site only for genuine enquiries and bookings. Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, submit false booking information, or use it unlawfully.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, neither the hotel nor Sysay is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content generated by the automated assistant. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date shows when. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, unless the hotel’s own terms specify otherwise for your booking. [Confirm the governing law and any dispute-resolution venue with your lawyer.]
